1. Introduction

InferScale Labs ("InferScale Labs", "we", "our", or "us") operates inferscalelabs.com. This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, store, and process data collected from visitors, clients, and users of our software studio and in-house SaaS applications.

We adhere to the Digital Personal Data Protection (DPDP) Act, 2023 (India) and the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) (EU).

2. Information We Collect

• Contact Details: Name, work email address, company name, and project scope submitted via inquiry forms.
• Technical Log Data: IP address, browser type, operating system, and access timestamps collected for security and edge routing.
• Cookies and analytics: Necessary site technology supports performance and security. Microsoft Clarity loads only if you opt in to analytics. It can then use analytics cookies and interaction recordings to help us improve the site. We do not enable its advertising-storage consent.
• Voice demo interactions: The InferScale Voice page loads a voice widget. If you start a demo call, your microphone audio, conversation text, and details you choose to provide may be processed to run the call and review its outcome. Please do not share sensitive information in a demo call.
• Chat interactions: If you use the optional website chat widget, the messages and contact details you choose to provide may be processed to answer your questions and follow up on your enquiry. Please do not share passwords, payment details, or sensitive customer information in chat.

3. Purpose of Processing

Data is processed to evaluate project proposals, deliver software development services, provide early access notifications for in-house SaaS tools, maintain infrastructure security, and understand and improve how visitors use this website. Analytics cookies are optional.

4. Data Sharing & Security

We do not sell personal data. The website uses hosting and infrastructure providers (Cloudflare, AWS). If you opt in to analytics, Microsoft processes website interaction data through Microsoft Clarity, see Microsoft's privacy statement. When you use the optional voice demo, audio and conversation data may also be sent to the configured speech-recognition, language-model, and speech-synthesis providers to operate the call. Optional chat messages may be processed by the configured language-model provider to generate replies. We use HTTPS for data in transit.

5. Analytics Choice

Choosing “Allow analytics cookies” loads Clarity and permits analytics storage. Choosing “No analytics cookies” leaves Clarity unloaded. Withdrawing a previous opt-in reloads the page to stop the loaded analytics script. Neither choice affects your access to the site. You can change your choice through “Analytics settings” in the footer.

6. User Rights

You have the right to request access to, correction of, or erasure of your personal data at any time under the DPDP Act 2023 and GDPR.
