1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Service govern your use of our website, software engineering services, and in-house SaaS applications provided by InferScale Labs.

2. Scope of Services & Statements of Work

Client engineering engagements, deliverables, sprint timelines, and fee milestones are governed by mutually executed Statements of Work (SOW) or Master Services Agreements (MSA).

3. Intellectual Property Ownership

• Client Custom Work: Full intellectual property rights, copyright, and source code ownership transfer completely to the client upon full payment of the agreed milestone invoices.
• InferScale Labs IP: InferScale Labs retains all rights to its pre-existing libraries, studio tooling, and proprietary in-house SaaS products.

4. Beta SaaS Software Disclaimer

In-house tools and platforms marked as "Private Alpha" or "In Design" are provided on an "AS IS" basis for evaluation purposes during testing phases.

5. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of client engagements shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Delhi NCR, India.
