InferScale Labs ("InferScale Labs", "we", "our", or "us"), located in Delhi NCR (Gurugram), India, operates inferscalelabs.com. This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, store, and process data collected from visitors, clients, and users of our software studio and in-house SaaS applications.
We adhere to the Digital Personal Data Protection (DPDP) Act, 2023 (India) and the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) (EU).

- Contact Details: Name, work email address, company name, and project scope submitted via inquiry forms.
- Technical Log Data: IP address, browser type, operating system, and access timestamps collected for security and edge routing.
- Cookies: Strictly necessary session tokens utilized for performance and security via Cloudflare. We do not use third-party ad tracking cookies.
3. Purpose of Processing
Data is processed strictly to evaluate project proposals, deliver software development services, provide early access notifications for in-house SaaS tools, and maintain infrastructure security.
4. Data Sharing & Security
We do not sell personal data. Data is shared only with necessary hosting and infrastructure providers (Cloudflare, AWS) under strict confidentiality. We apply 256-bit TLS encryption in transit and encrypted data storage at rest.
